Select multiple blocks at once.
Drag across the canvas to select a range of blocks — then move, duplicate, or delete them all together.
Editing a form with a lot of blocks has always involved a certain amount of repetition. Move one block. Move the next. Delete this one, then that one, then the one below it. One at a time.
NodumForms now supports drag-to-select — marquee selection directly on the form canvas.
"Draw a box around the blocks you want to work with and treat them as a group."
How it works
Click and drag on any empty area of the canvas and a selection box appears. Every block inside the box when you release is selected. From there, move them all at once, duplicate the whole group, or delete everything in the selection with a single action.
It works exactly the way you would expect it to from any design tool or file manager — the same drag-to-select behaviour you already know, applied to your form blocks.
Why it matters
Restructuring a long form used to mean touching every block individually. Reordering a section of ten questions was ten separate drag operations. Deleting a chunk of a form-in-progress meant clicking through each one.
With marquee selection, the same tasks take a single gesture. Draw a box around the blocks you want to work with and treat them as a group. For anyone building complex or long-form surveys, this is a meaningful time saving.
