Version history

Every change to a form is now logged automatically — what changed, who made it, and when. The full history is visible in the builder, and any prior version can be restored with one click.

For teams that iterate quickly, this is the safety net that makes experimentation feel safe. Rework a question, change the order, rewrite the copy — and know that going back is always an option. For teams that need an audit trail, it is there without anyone having to think about it.

Public edit links

This one is different from anything else in the form-builder space. Any NodumForms user can generate a public edit link — a URL that gives anyone full editing access to the form, with no account required. Send it to a freelancer, a client, an agency, a contractor. They open the link and they are in the builder, live, alongside you.

No invitations. No onboarding. No seat licences. Just a link. This matters most at the edges of a team — the people involved in a form once but who do not need a NodumForms account. A copywriter reviewing the wording. A client signing off before launch. A contractor building on your behalf. They can all be in the form, contributing, without any friction on either side.
